  Horrible customer service and front desk / operator personnel who basically tell you that you're inconveniencing them. Managers are "out to lunch" all day and will not let you call their cell phones. Waited 10 days for a wheelchair cushion and they never even called. The Insurance has been billed for a cushion though, that much is confirmed. Absolutely no sympathy for customers in pain who need medical devices. Wouldn't give them business again if my life depended on it.
