  You have to bring your social security card even if your employer says you only need an ID. Had to drive all the way home and hold my pee in for the urine test for an hour. Only to have to wait 30 minutes for the nurse to be ready even when there were no other patients. Over all experience not so great, could have been better prepared with better communication.
  
  Had to redo my urine test because they lost my results and my employer thought I didn't go in.
