  I wish there was a choice for 0 stars. This place has the absolute worst customer service EVER! I’ll start with saying how when I had my delivery time given to me, they were hours late, meanwhile I am sitting in a brand new empty house with nothing to do, waiting for them. I spent a good hour trying to get in touch with someone because the number we were given did not answer. I at that point honestly felt like my delivery was not going to arrive. They did end up coming.. 3 hours later though, at 8:00 at night. Then they bring the wrong end table. The lady Shanna had wrote down the wrong model number on our invoice, and then they proceed to tell us THIS was the table we wanted when it was not. The table we got delivered was an end table that had a power cord, which we didn’t like nor did it work with our open floor plan, and nowhere to plug it in. We were told when we purchased the furniture that they come out to our area a few times a month (Fuquay Varina) so when I tried to set up a date for them to come get it they said they couldn’t do that and we would have to pay a charge of $60 for them to come and pick it up and proceed with the return. I even offered to meet them in Raleigh. After hours of battling just trying to get our money back on the table we didn’t want, they sarcastically told me “Free upgrade you’re welcome” and then told my fiancé “Well if you didn’t want the cord you could just cut it.” But we did not pay $225 for a table to cut the cord. Both of those comments were just downright rude and unprofessional. They instead, told us that we can drive the table to them (an hour and a half away) and they would give us $20 for gas. When it was THEIR mistake. After that.... they turn around and text me saying they’ve changed their mind and don’t offer the refund anymore. Take your money elsewhere and use it wisely and pay the extra if you have to to receive the customer service on a place who cares about their customers
